• Each lesson booked will last for the period of a minimum of two hours or that agreed between the Instructor (franchisee) and the student. The lesson starts when the student enters the car provided, the student is ready at the arranged/pre-booked time.
• Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond their control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to the following lesson.
• Mobile phones must be switch off for the duration of the lesson.
• All A B Clark Driver Training instructors are authorised Approved Driving Instructors (DSA ADI) or legally authorised instructors (DSA PDI)
• The instructor may end the lesson if he/she deems that the student is unfit to continue. In this instance the lesson will not be refunded or rebooked.
• A B Clark Driver Training may substitute another instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• The student may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test ONLY if the driving instructor is satisfied that the student has achieved the required standard.
• If the student requires the use of the training car for the driving test period, please refer to the price list.
• Students must be aware that on occasion they may be accompanied by a supervising instructor.
• Payment is required at the start of each lesson unless previously prepaid.
• Prepaid lessons are non-refundable.
• Unpaid cheques will incur a £30.00 administration charge.
• A student is required to give 48 hours cancellation notice or full payment will be charged.
• An instructor is required to give 48 hours cancellation notice or a free lesson of 1 hour in compensation.
• The instructor reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths and/or times under certain circumstances e.g. dangerous weather conditions, vehicle breakdown with no compensation
• Current offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All courses already commenced will continue until fruition. .
•The student ,or parent/guardian if under 18 years, agrees that A B Clark Driver Training or instructor (franchised) have no liability to the pupil for loss, injury or damage. This will not affect your statutory rights.
​•Gift certificates: all pre-purchased training must be completed prior to expiry date; full refunds can be requested within 14 days of issue date if training has not commenced; no part refunds available. 
•Theory Training software and packaging must be returned in the same condition within 2 weeks of loan.  Failure to return software as above will forfeit deposit. Loan period can be extended with prior agreement.

Terms and Conditions
• £46.00 for first 4 hours offer; available at driving instructors discretion.
• Pass Booster Course qualifications; unlimited training hours as A B Clark deems necessary; up to a maximum of 5 tests; a minimum of 1x2hrs or a maximum of 2x2hrs training must be completed every week; course ceases after 5 tests have been taken.
• To qualify for current offers all professional driving lessons and test/s must be taken with A B Clark Driving Training.
• By engaging the services of A B Clark Driver Training the student, parent/guardian if under 18 years, is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions herein above.
• A B Clark Driver Training reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised policies will supersede all previous versions. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this site is accurate A B Clark Driver Training can take no responsibility for errors/omissions.
