• Each lesson booked will last for the period of a minimum of one hour or that agreed between the Instructor (franchisee) and the student. The lesson starts when the student enters the car provided, as long as the student is ready at the arranged/pre-booked time.
• Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond their control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to the following lesson.
• Mobile phones must be switch off for the duration of the lesson.
• All A B Clark Driver Training instructors are authorised Approved Driving Instructors (DSA ADI) or legally authorised instructors (DSA PDI)
• The instructors may end the lesson if he/she deems that they are unfit to continue. In this instance the lesson will be refunded or rebooked.
• The instructor may end the lesson if he/she deems that the student is unfit to continue. In this instance the lesson will not be refunded or rebooked.
• A B Clark Driver Training may substitute another instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• The student may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test ONLY if the driving instructor is satisfied that the student has achieved the required standard.
• If the student requires the use of the training car for the driving test period, please refer to the price list.
• Students must be aware that on occasion they may be accompanied by a supervising instructor.
• Payment is required at the start of each lesson unless previously prepaid.
• Prepaid lessons are non-refundable.
• Unpaid cheques will incur a £30.00 administration charge.
• A student is required to give 48 hours cancellation notice or full payment will be charged.
• An instructor is required to give 48 hours cancellation notice or a free lesson of 1 hour in compensation.
• The instructor reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths and/or times under certain circumstances e.g. dangerous weather conditions, vehicle breakdown with no compensation
• Current offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All courses already commenced will continue until fruition.
•Pass Booster Course is unlimited training hours as A B Clark deems necessary and up to a maximum of 5 tests. Once course commences a minimum of 1x2hrs or a maximum of 2x2hrs training must be taken every week until completion unless otherwise agreed with your instructor ie holidays. The course ceases after 5 tests have been taken.
•The student ,or parent/guardian if under 18 years, agrees that A B Clark Driver Training or instructor (franchised) have no liability to the pupil for loss, injury or damage. This will not affect your statutory rights.
• A B Clark Driver Training reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised policies will supersede all previous versions. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this site is accurate A B Clark Driver Training can take no responsibility for errors/omissions.
• A student, parent/guardian if under 18 years, confirms that they accept the terms and conditions above by booking the first driving lesson.
• A signed terms and conditions declaration must be produced at the start of the first lesson.
