It is very important to realise that during your driver training you would not normally have experienced high speeds. Driving on the motorway can be a very different experience and other road users will not be aware that you are a newly qualified driver.

Pass Plus will build upon your existing skills and knowledge, it will teach you how to anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, and can help you to become more confident on the roads. You will not have to take a test at the end of the course but you will be continually assessed. You must successfully complete all the modules in the course to an achieved or exceeded standard.
The 6 areas covered are:
Anyone who holds a full UK license
We would recommend that you take a course a few weeks after you have passed your driving test
When you have successfully completed the course, you are advised to check available discounts offered by the insurance companies taking part in the scheme. The amount you save will depend on the company you choose, you may even save more than you paid for the course.
"Want to save money on your car insurance?"
Pass Plus just £150.00!
Alex from Locks Heath completed his Pass Plus course and saved over £800.00 on his car insurance.
"Well done Alex!"
It is also fair to say that some newly qualified drivers forget to put into practice what they have learnt after passing their practical test. Pass Plus is a training course specifically aimed at new drivers and builds on previous training to re-enforce and promote good driving practice.
